If you are coming from the direction of Žilina, after entering the village of Terchová, approximately 300 m after the church at the crossroads from the main road turn right. If you are coming from the direction of Zázrivá (Dolný Kubín), turn left.
Continue straight ahead and you will see the statue of Juraj Jánošík on your left. After passing through the village, you will pass through a symbolic entrance to Vrátná – to the area of Tiesňava (rock canyon).
Continue straight ahead, you will arrive at the first location of our resort, namely Vrátna – Paseky (Starý dvor). If you continue further (about 3 km), at the end of the Vrátna valley you will reach the valley station of the cable car Chleb.
If you arrive by car, you will find a large free car park at Paseke.
Parking at Chleb at the cable car boarding station is charged at 10€ per day.
The bus stop in the Paseky area is marked as “Terchová – Vrátna Starý dvor“.
The bus stop at the end of the Vrátna valley at the valley station of the cable car Chleb is marked as “Terchová – Vrátna lift“.

After crossing the symbolic entrance to Vrátna – the glass canyon of Tiesňava, after about 3 kilometres straight you will come to the end of the Vrátna valley – to the boarding station of the chairlift Chleb. Here you can refresh yourself in the Terrace buffet and you will also find a ticket office and a toilet. From there you can take a cable car to the Snilovský saddle at an altitude of 1 494 metres. This is an ideal starting point for hikes of varying difficulty. You can refresh yourself and enjoy the views with a good coffee and a good meal in the Panorama restaurant with an observation deck.
Parking in this area at the cable car station is charged (10€/1 day). If you take the bus, the stop at the lower station is called ,,Vrátna-lift”.
