13 – 15 January 2025 we will host the INTERKRITÉRIUM downhill skiing races as the only race of its kind in Slovakia within the FIS series of slalom and giant slalom races in the U14 and U16 categories.

The race has a rich history, this year is its 42nd year. It is on the calendar of many young skiers who come here with ambition and passion for skiing. Every year, sports ski teams from more than 20 participating countries take part in the race in Vratna, we even welcome skiers from Turkey or Great Britain. In their time, many now ski stars started their careers here – for example Petra Vlhová, Martina Dubovská, brothers Adam and Andreas Žampovec, Ivica Kostelič, Veronika Zuzulová, Zrinka Ljutić and many others.

The race starts with the opening ceremony on Monday 13.1. at 18.00. in the Paseky Mountains.

SLOVAK Alpine Skiing Cup ZSL

17. – 18. 1. 2025

The Slovak Pupil Cup of the Slovak Ski Association is a series of alpine skiing races designed for athletes in the pupil categories – they compete in slalom, giant slalom and super-G. Competitors compete not only for individual placings, but also for points for their teams.

Do not hesitate to come and support young talents on their way to their dreams.

During Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 January and Friday 17 and Saturday 18 January the races will take place on the Slovan ski slope, where skiing for the public will not be possible. However, cheering is welcome:) Thank you for your understanding.
