Ascent to Stoh: from Polud\u0148ov\u00fd Gr\u00fa\u0148, where you came from Snilovsk\u00fd sedlo, follow the red trail to Stohov\u00fd sedlo. The trail to the saddle descends, but immediately from there it’s a steep climb over a broad back to the top of the Stack, which to many hikers resembles a big haystack. The route follows the red trail and takes about 1:15 h. The descent to the Medziholie saddle is half an hour shorter, but it is very steep and will give your knees a hard time. There are always many people in the saddle, who are preparing for the ascent to Ve\u013ek\u00fd Rozsutec or are resting here after climbing it, or heading up to Stoh (there used to be a mountain hut in the saddle). If the hour is late enough or your legs are not obeying you anymore, we recommend you to take the green trail down through \u0160lahorka to \u0160tefanov\u00e1.
