Terms and conditions and general information for the resort Vrátna Mala Fatra

  1. Validity and use of the purchased ticket – each ticket is valid from 1.5. Until 30.11.2024 during the daily operation time of the cableways operated by Omnitrade, a.s. (hereinafter also referred to as the “operator”) during the summer season in the Vrátna Malá Fatra resort. The ticket can be used on the Chleb or Paseky cableways depending on the type of ticket purchased.
  2. On the basis of the purchased ticket, acontract for the carriage of persons pursuant to § 760 et seq.is concluded between the client and omnitrade, a.s. Civil Code. By concluding the contract, the client also confirms that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the transport conditions, the price list valid in the Vrátna Malá Fatra resort, the operating regulations of the cycle paths (in case of a visit to the bike park on the trails) and also agrees with the visitor regulations of the Malá Fatra National Park and at the same time undertakes to abide by them. The Visitor Regulations of the Little Fatra National Park are published on the website www.mala-fatra.com/poriadok-fatra/ and are also available on request at the Chleb ticket office. TheClient also undertakes to respect and comply with the applicable tariff, transport, commercial and complaint conditions of the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to shut down KLD Chleb and LD Paseky in case of bad weather conditions, necessary repairs and revisions.
  3. Ticket types:
    1. Cable car Chleb
      • one-way/two-way ticket – depot time ticket – i.e. valid from the first time you enter the turnstile,
      • Family ticket is only validfor parents and their children (up to and including 12 years of age) with proof of ID and the child’s insurance card. The name and address must be identical.
      • luggage/dog ticket – visitors who have dogs or luggage with them during the transport are obliged to buy an extra ticket, which must be presented to the KLD Chleb/ LD Paseky operator. The dog is charged in the same way as luggage. The stroller is charged as luggage. A wheelchair for disabled persons is not charged as luggage if it is used by a disabled person.
    2. Cableway Paseky (chairlift)
      • one-way/two-way ticket – depot time ticket – i.e. valid from the first time you enter the turnstile,
      • daily ticket – depot time ticket – valid on the day of passing through the turnstile,
      • 4-hr. ticket– depot time – valid for 4 hours from the first passage through the turnstile,
      • 10 rides ticket – depot time – the visitor has 10 rides per ld. When passing through the turnstile, 1 trip is always counted.
      • luggage/dog ticket – visitors who have dogs or luggage with them during the transport are obliged to buy an extra ticket, which must be presented to the KLD Chleb operator. The dog is charged in the same way as luggage. The stroller is charged as luggage. A wheelchair for disabled persons is not charged as luggage if it is used by a disabled person.
  4. Tariff types:
    1. children’s ticket – children up to and including 6 years of age travel free when accompanied by an adult. If a child is over seven years old on the day of the visit to KLD Chleb, it is necessary to purchase a child’s ticket. Children aged 7 to 12 years / inclusive – i.e. up to 12 years, 11 months and 29 days / are entitled to a child ticket.
    2. Seniors ticket – seniors aged 60 and over are entitled to a junior/senior ticket.
    3. junior ticket – persons aged 13 to 19 years /including – i.e. up to 19 years 11 months and 29 days/ are entitled to a ticket at the junior/senior fare. Holders of isic, itic and euro26 discount cards are also entitled to a junior ticket. The discount on the discount card only applies to return tickets to KLD Chleb.
    4. Adult ticket – persons aged 20 to 59 years (inclusive – i.e. up to 59 years, 11 months and 29 days) are obliged to purchase a ticket at the adult fare.
    5. Family ticket – only for parents with children from 7 to 12 years of age inclusive. Does not apply to pensioners and juniors.
  5. The daily ticket and the 4-hour ticket are in the form ofchip cards. Each client is obliged to pay the price of the ticket to the operator and a depositper chip card EUR 5 , while the advance payment for the ticket can only be paid in cash. The operator is not obliged to issue the ticket to the client without the payment of the deposit for the chip card. The client is obliged to return the chip card to the operator after its use during opening hours at the cash desks of the resort (Paseky / Chleb). The advance payment for the chip card will be made to the client only in the case of the return of a fully functional and intact chip card.
  6. The client is obliged to wear the chip card on the left side, preferably in the pocket on the windbreaker and to present it at the request of the operator of the transport equipment in the centre. The client is also obliged to avoid placing the chip card in the immediate vicinity of the mobile phone (as there is a risk of deleting the encoded ticket type without the right to recharge it free of charge).
  7. Ticket refund – theclient is not entitled to a refund, an aliquot amount or any other form of compensation in the event that the ticket is not used during the 2021 summer season. The client has the right to a refund if he/she has been transported to the KLD Chleb and LD Paseky summit station by the transport equipment and the weather or technical conditions for the return transport are contrary to life-threatening conditions. Valid when purchasing a return ticket only. The cancellation conditions do not apply to a one-way ticket and an aliquot amount of the ticket cannot be refunded.When solving a problem (complaint) with a client, the cashier will invite the client (if he/she has a valid ticket and tax receipt) to write the complaint in writing at the cashier’s desk or to send an additional complaint by post to the address, or to the address, or to the address of the client.   8. Cancellation conditions – the client is not entitled to an additional exchange, refund or change/extension of the ticketvalidity in case of not using the full time or. Failure to use all points or unjustified failure to collect a ticket.
  9. Sanctioning of the client in case of dishonesty – the client or any third party who is caught without a ticket or with an invalid ticket is obliged to pay a fine to the resort operator in the amount of the value of the price of the ticket in question with a 100% surcharge.
  10. Purchase and pick up of the ticket – the ticket can be purchased during the operation of the Vrátna Malá Fatra resort in the Chleb/ Paseky ticket offices for the prices according to the current price list in cash or by credit card. The cash desk is open no later than 15 minutes before the start of KLD Chleb a ld Paseky operation, closed no earlier than 15 minutes after the end of KLD Chleb a ld Paseky operation. Ticket for KLD can also be purchased via eshop (eshop.vratna.sk).
  11. Personal data protection – the operator collects only personal data and information (e.g. name, address or e-mail address) that the user voluntarily provides and hereby agrees to its processing for the needs of the company.The operator processes data relating to the commercial terms and conditions of the purchase of a ski pass and the online sale of a ski pass in accordance with z. Č. 122/2013 z. Z. On the protection of personal data and hereby respects the privacy of natural and legal persons. The controller may use the personal data in aggregate form for statistical analyses of the traffic on the website. In such processing, it will not be possible to extract any personal data and attributable information of natural and legal persons from the data provided (made available to third parties). The controller may use the processed personal data for its claims, its protection and to contact the customer in case of certain unforeseen problems, to better identify their needs and consequently to improve the services provided. Data that are not personal data (e.g. questions, comments, ideas and opinions) are not considered confidential information and the controller is entitled to use or disclose them without any claims of the data subject against omnitrade a. S., in order to improve the provision of services in the resort Vrátna Malá Fatra.
  12. Business activity – without the consent of the operator and the relevant permits (licence), the performance of business and other gainful activity in the Vrátna Malá Fatra resort is prohibited.
